Now in its’ 4th year of business, TUR286 Merter enjoys 100% occupancy with 1.013 operational beds and 2.058 beds in the pipeline-under construction. Novu is looking to
expand to 15.000 beds inTurkey in the next five years. Internationally TUR286 is developing new concepts that will cater to the UK & US student accommodation markets with an aim to reach 50.000 beds through managementcontracts.
